This is an information gathering session so I can get to know you, set some goals together and begin planning your protocol.
You will be given referrals or sent test kits for any appropriate functional testing such as DUTCH (dried urine test for comprehensive hormones) or blood work.

We will discuss your current diet and how it can be adjusted to better support your health goals. We will also cover skincare, makeup and dermal therapy advice in this session.

This is a report of findings session where I will review your test results, assess all the systems of the body and your emotional status to then formulate an individualised prescription of natural medicines alongside a comprehensive diet and lifestyle protocol.

This is a review assessment to track your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your protocol accordingly. Follow up functional tests and blood work may also be recommended.

All appointments are paid for in full at the time of booking. Please follow the prompts to payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellation policy- please give 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Your appointment is fully transferable when rescheduled prior to the 24 hour notice period.

Please respect that my time is valuable, as I also respect yours. Failure to cancel your appointment prior to the 24 hour notice period will NOT incur a refund.

Please follow the prompts in your booking confirmation email to log in to Practice Better prior to your appointment. 

Please be logged in, ready to go online 5 minutes before your appointment.

Please fill out and return all intake forms 24 hours prior to your appointment. If this is not done, it will take time out of your session.

Please note; I am happy to answer quick queries via email in between your appointments but please be aware that the time required to address your concern may warrant a consultation (at my discretion)

After initial consultations and extended consultations – you will be provided with thorough notes from the session including diet and lifestyle recommendations, test referrals and any other professional referrals. You will be sent a link to your natural medicine prescription for you to purchase online and be sent directly to your door. Any test kits recommended will be posted directly to you.

Questions & Concerns

How does an online Naturopath work?

I use software called Practice Better which is a private platform used as a practice management tool storing health records, appointment information, and communication between myself and my patients. Practice Better is HIPAA and GDPR compliant. Your appointments will be conducted over a video call so we will see and hear each other in the consult. No phone calls required, just a good internet connection and a quiet space. 

Naturopaths use a functional testing along with an individualised prescription of nutritional and herbal medicine, diet, lifestyle and mindset adjustments to address your health concerns.

How many sessions will I need?

Everyone is so different so I can never give you a guaranteed answer to this. However, I recommend 3 sessions minimum (see package here) to first get to know you, your goals and your health history, review test results, begin a prescription protocol and then review your progress. Once your concerns have resolved, improved or stabilised we then plan for a maintenance protocol together.

How and when do I pay for my sessions?

How do I purchase my prescription and testing?

Your prescription will be emailed to you using an online dispensary. Follow the prompts to purchase and your products will be delivered straight to your door. Test referrals are also requested online and test kits will be sent directly to your postal address.

What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

Please give 24 hours notice for all appointment changes. Appointments are fully transferable when made before this time period. As all payments for consultations are made at the time of booking there are no refunds. Please give 24 hours notice. 

Is my payment refundable?

No, but they are transferable to a new appointment time. Please choose your session time carefully and give the full 24 hours notice for rescheduling.
